What we store
No email address, no name, no password. An account is a random login key and a recovery phrase; we keep only one-way hashes of them. We store your balances, ledger entries, orders, trades, mining sessions, boost purchases, verification task answers, referral links, withdrawal addresses, the IP address and user agent of each sign-in, and an audit log of sensitive actions such as withdrawals and key rotation.
Why
To run the ledger correctly, to protect accounts (rate limits, device list, two-factor codes), to pay rewards and commissions, and to meet legal obligations that apply to holding customer ZEC.
Zcash addresses
Deposit addresses are generated for you and belong to the ZMINE wallet. Transactions you send to them, and withdrawals we send out, are visible on the Zcash network to the extent the address type reveals them. Shielded addresses hide amounts and counterparties on chain; transparent addresses do not.
Cookies
One session cookie, HttpOnly and Secure. No advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add analytics to public pages it will be stated here first.
Sharing
We share data only with the infrastructure that runs the service (hosting, database, logging) and when the law requires it. We do not sell data. The optional advisor briefing sends a numeric summary of your rig to an AI provider; it contains no identifiers.
Retention
Ledger and audit data is kept for as long as the service runs and as long as the law requires. Sign-in records are purged after their session expires.
Your choices
You can rotate your keys, revoke devices, remove withdrawal addresses and withdraw all funds at any time from Settings and Wallet.
